Isn’t it great to see young people at Mass? Wouldn’t you love to see more? This year’s National Youth Sunday resources may be just what you need to inspire your young people.
National Youth Sunday is when the Church in England and Wales celebrates young people. It falls this year on 20 November.
Our Youth Sunday resources this year are inspired by the Mass and the new translation. The Mass is the "summit and fount" of our Christian lives. The resources this year are designed to help young people go deeper into the Mass, to understand more about what we do and why, and to challenge them to open themselves to God in a new way through the Eucharist.
There are four sessions which can be run in youth groups or as part of confirmation programmes, focusing on change, gather, engage, explore. These lead to the Christ the King celebration in November.
